Through it, we help the guest find harmony with himself and the outside world, to find a state of “well being”.

Our approach at The Garden has many intersections with the teachings of Seneca. His essay “On the Blissful Life” says: “A happy life is a life in accordance with nature.” We can say that our body is like a garden - it requires constant care and attention for a long, happy life.
